How do I place an order?
Ordering at Huetrap is easy. Here's what you need to do. Browse through our collection. If you find something you like, click 'Buy Now'. In the next page, re-confirm your order, enter your shipping address and payment information and the process is over.
If you need any assistance give us a call. We would love to take your order over phone.

How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email and SMS from us. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

Do you take orders over phone?
Yes. We do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash on Delivery only.

I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
Yes, if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone. Do call us.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

Net Banking 4-8 business days
Debit Card 4-8 business days
Credit Card 4-8 business days

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to Huetrap Credits deducted from my Account?
In case your order is not successful and Huetrap Credits has been deducted from your account money has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund of credits within 3 days

How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails or SMS at every step. Once you place your order successfully you would receive an SMS or an email with your order details. Again after your order is shipped we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old SMS-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any Huetrap Credits used in the purchase of the order will be credited back to your account. In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.
However Huetrap reserves the right to cancel any order successfully placed on us.

I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to sales@huetrap.com with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?
Yes, due to the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.

How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?
We encourage you try the items you bought, however please ensure the product is left in a re-saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged. Please note that all categories are not returnable. For more information please check our Return policies.

Do you allow exchanges?
Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We will replace it for you but you will have to follow the process outlined in the Return Policy.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately you can't. However, you can simply place another order.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa/ Master Credit Card and Debit Card, AMEX/Diners Card, Cash Card or Netbanking.
We also accept payment via "cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment may have convenience charge associated with it.

Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!

What is the process for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
Click on the confirmation link in the email you receive, once the order is placed.

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?
There may be non-refundable convenience charge levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable.

Is there a minimum purchase amount for Cash on Delivery purchase? No. But Any Cash on Delivery order below Rs.500 will be charged Rs.60 as delivery charges.

Is there a purchase limit for Cash on Delivery purchase?
Yes, Cash on Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 6,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Visa/ Master Credit Card and Debit Card, AMEX/Diners Card, Cash Card or Netbanking.

How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?
If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt for Netbanking or Credit/Debit Card. In case you don't have a Net Banking or Debit /Credit Card option please contact your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue.

Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any OCTROI or sales tax is actually borne by Huetrap. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7-8 business days. You can email us on customerconnect@huetrap.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

Why isn't COD available to me?
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products and on gift orders. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
We also restrict Cash on Delivery facility for certain customers based on our long-term experience. To know more, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Vouchers

What are Refund Vouchers? Refund voucher is the most popular mode of refund amongst our customers. It is a unique code that is shared with you which can be redeemed during your next purchase. It is easy to use and hassle free.

What is the validity period of refund vouchers?
The validity period of refund voucher is generally 180 days from the date of issue. Please check your refund voucher email for exact date.

What products can I purchase with the refund vouchers?
You can use refund vouchers to purchase any product across categories. It is applicable on discounted items too.

How many times can I use my refund voucher?
Refund voucher can be used only once against a single order.

Can I club two vouchers in one purchase?
No, two vouchers cannot be applied at the same time.

Can I use my refund voucher partially?
Refund voucher cannot be used partially and has to redeem in full in an order. The order however, may contain multiple items.

My refund voucher doesn't seem to work. What do I do?
Please copy and paste the coupon code as the coupon is case sensitive. Also, check the validity date of your refund voucher. If it is within the validity date but still can't be redeemed please reach out to us with your order number.

I was informed that refund voucher would be issued by now but I haven't received it yet.
Please check your spam/junk folder. Mysteriously enough emails tend to end up in spam folder. If you still can't find your voucher please email us at customerconnect@huetrap.com with your order number and we will have the voucher resent.

I have misplaced my refund voucher. What do I do?
Please email us at customerconnect@huetrap.com with your order number for which this voucher was issued and we will have the voucher resent.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive? An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Are there any shipping charges?
Huetrap.com offers absolutely free shipping on most products in India. Please note that this shipping charge is different from our Cash on delivery convenience fee. There maybe a convenience fee that we charge only on COD orders and is completely waived off for all prepaid orders

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?
We, at Huetrap take immense pride in being lightening fast. The current logistics infrastructure in India today doesn't allow us to expedite further at this time.

Tracking

How do I track my Order?
Email and SMS are sent to you after the Order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?
If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

Return and Refund

What is Huetrap's Returns policy?
Huetrap's 30 Day Returns Policy
"No Questions Asked Return Policy!"
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the Order for a full refund of paid price.
We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on 1800-4198897 or drop an email at customerconnect@huetrap.com within a period of 30 days, from the date of delivery.
However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C'mon that's just fair!

  • Please note that "Huetrap's 30 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Inner wear.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by Huetrap team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Huetrap's 30 Day Returns Policy."
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges

Are there certain categories of products which are non-returnable?
Certain items such as Inner wear, Socks are non-returnable.

Can I return a part of my order?
Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned must be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

How will I receive my Refund?

  • If the payment was made by Credit Card/Debit Card/ Cash Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Huetrap Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Huetrap Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
  • If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue Huetrap Credits or Bank Transfer. Huetrap Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website
  • If Huetrap Credits were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as Huetrap Credits. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

How long will the refund process take?
Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection for Huetrap credits and 4-8 days for any other method. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalized banks.

How do I return a product?
You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return

  • Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice
  • Keep the product and the package ready in case of a Huetrap Pick up
  • If you are sending it on your own make sure you seal it properly and send it

Scanned copy of courier slip needs to be emailed to us within 10 days of opening the return request. If we have received the product through courier, but we did not receive scanned copy of courier slip within 10 days of opening the return request, then we will reimburse a flat amount of Rs 100.

Do you provide a pick up from home in case I want to return a product?
Yes we provide pickup from your doorstep from most cities. To know if reverse pickup is available at your location do give us a call. If reverse pickup is not possible from your doorstep we always refund you the courier charges. The refund amount for courier charges is subject to our policies.

Where do I return my product? Please check with our customer care if we cover your city for pickup and we do in most cases. If however your city is not covered or if you wish to send the product on your own please use this address.

I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund?
Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

I was charged a convenience charge for my COD order. If I return my order will I get back my convenience charge along with the refund?
Cash on Delivery convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

If I return a product on my own do I get back the shipping charges?
Once you incur courier charges please email us the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return. We will refund your courier charges up to a maximum of Rs 160 per kg. If you are unable to send the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return request, we will refund you a flat Rs 100 against the courier charges.
Refunds for courier charges are always in the mode of Huetrap Credits which can be redeemed on your future purchase.

I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven't. What do I do?
We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process so please check for the last update from us in your email. If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. If you haven't received any update from us please write to us or give us a call.

Huetrap Credits

What are Huetrap credits? Huetrap Credit is an outstanding credit which gets accumulated in your account. If you happen to return any item we can refund you in the form of Huetrap Credits. You can then use this credit for your next purchase. What you would absolutely love about Huetrap Credits are its ease of use and flexibility! You also gain 5% credits for the purchase value

  • We will give you coupons worth Rs. 250 when you register with us, which is valid for 15 days.
  • We will give you Huetrap credits of 5% on your purchase value.

How can I access my Huetrap credits?
You simply need to login to access your Huetrap credits in your My Account ->Huetrap Credits section. Huetrap Credits are associated with an account. Kindly make sure you login to the relevant account.

Can I use my Huetrap Credits multiple times?
Yes, you can use your Huetrap Credits multiple times in any denominations till they are exhausted.

What is the validity period of Huetrap Credits?
From the date of issuance, Huetrap Credits are valid for a period of 1 year

Can I use my Huetrap Credits partially while paying for an order?
Yes, you have the option to partially pay for your order. The maximum discount you can avail from using Huetrap credits is 50% of your order value.

What products can I purchase with the Huetrap Credits?
You can use Huetrap credits to purchase any product across all categories unfortunately you cannot use Huetrap credits for discounted products or special promotions.

Can I use a Promotional/Discount voucher along with my Huetrap credits?
No.

I have used Huetrap Credit as a payment mode for a product. Can I now choose to receive refund for this product through any other mode?
Unfortunately no, if full or partial Huetrap Credit was used for an order purchase, the only mode of refund is Huetrap Credits.

Can I purchase Huetrap Credits?
Unfortunately no, Huetrap Credits cannot be purchased. Huetrap Credit is an outstanding credit which gets accumulated in your account. If you happen to return any item we can refund you in the form of Huetrap Credits. You can then use this credit for your next purchase.

Can I transfer my Huetrap Credits to another account?
No, Huetrap Credits are not transferred or interlinked with any other account. The credit available can only be used with the original account on which it was issued.

How will I come to know that I have received my Huetrap Credits?
Communication via email & SMS will be sent whenever a credit (refund) or debit of Huetrap Credit (usage of existing Huetrap Credit in a new Order) in your account is transacted.

I was informed that I have been refunded through Huetrap Credits but I cannot see it in my Account.
If at all this happens, don't worry. We will take care of it. All you need to do is simply give us a call or email us at customerconnect@huetrap.com. We would be happy to help.

Can I convert my Huetrap Credits into Cash?
Once credited into your account, Huetrap Credits are not redeemable into cash.

Registration

Do I need to register to shop?
It is not necessary to register with us to shop. However, Registration with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows us to keep you informed about your orders and refund through email. You will only be able to avail the benefits of Huetrap Credits by logging in using your registered email ID.

By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?
Registering with us does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter. If you don't wish to receive our newsletter just click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
If you have forgotten your password, we will need to reset it for you. Please click here to reset your password

Do I need to type my address every time I order?
Address once used will be saved in My Account -> Address book link. You can go to your Address Book and modify your default Shipping (delivery) address and Billing address.
You can also add more addresses using Add a new address button.
You can select any of the addresses instead of typing the shipping address while you are ordering.

The item I bought is now available at a lower price. What do I do?
Unfortunately there is not much that can be done now. Please subscribe to our newsletter and 'like' us on Facebook to know of the latest styles and all the current deals.

The size I want is not available on the website. What do I do now?
